>>31755342Hello! I've been putting real life first but I really do miss being able to just sit in these threads all day. It's exciting to hear we have new writers! /lig/ especially since the indie continent is still quite empty! I look forward to reading your Luxuria overview!
>might dip my toes into writing for the larger Holy Kingdom as wellPlease do feel free, and as always, ask me if you need more details on anything for your writing! Apologies again on how long it's taking me to put together the Holy Kingdom doc. Man, there's a bunch of stuff related the the Kingdom I haven't even talked about ITT yet...
>>31756015Hello Dragoon! I'm fine, thank you! I hope you've been well too. It feels like it's been forever since we last spoke.
>>31755159Alright, let's take a look. Apologies in advance if I miss anything or comment on something I already commented on last time, my memory has been shit lately.
>naichijinCan I ask for the etymology on this? Did Emma have any particular kanji in mind? Because the only "naichi" I'm aware of is 内地 which means like...the homeland. "Naichijin" would therefore be natives, the exact opposite meaning of the way it's being used here.
>historySorry if my comments here aren't particularly detailed, for some reason my brain keeps trying to check out while I read through this section. I like your references to other countries, it makes your nation feel very "alive" and not like it was simply plopped into the world from another dimension.
>mapOh, this looks great! Panon did a fantastic job! I especially like the new emphasis on the geographical difference between nijimales and 2434. But might I suggest that you only name big, important cities instead of putting names on, uh...everything? Future writers will probably want to name their towns in reference to their chuubas. Also, it looks like Panon just yoinked names from real places again. A fine approach, except Japanese locales are named after local landmarks and these, uh, don't fit. The amount of lowland towns named after mountains, inland towns named after the ocean and coastal towns named after rivers is amusing in its own way, but you probably don't want to keep them like that unless your citizens don't know their own language very well. Which would be extremely funny, but probably not your intention!
Overall, looks good so far! I see you guys put a lot of thought into this!
