You'd have to make her sound extremely posh, with highly dignified words or something along those lines, in order for the effect to come through. But most niji translators won't bother putting that much effort since they're trend hopping faggots and not actual fans.
So what ends up happening is that her "desuwa" gets highlighted in a lot of places, but all her other word choices and mannerisms are completely left as is. For EOPs this simply becomes just another variant of "peko" or "gozaru" or "nanora", just a verbal tic rather than the full immersion that JOPs get.
I mean just see this sentence -

So for EOPs, it's a sentence that's pretty much what any other chuuba would say, and her "identity" if you will, doesn't come through.
So what ends up happening is that her comedic timing and other chuuba shenanigans would have to carry her through.
And that's still good for her since she's pretty entertaining on her own, but it's not exactly something that stands out from other comedy oriented chuubas.
