There were several phasmo streams, lots of Polka/Nene teasing shuba in MC, Sausage legends, etc. They haven't much since MC died down, but most recently before that I remember the Shuba/Polka/Kronii discord, and Polka/Flare convincing Shuba to destroy and Ender Crystal. Also Polka plans to take part in Subaru's Peko/Chama MC trials.
As far as I know, the bathing is the only Chloe/Polka reference mentioned. Chloe said a senpai invited her after hearing she doesn't like baths, and Koyori outed Polka during Polka's guest spot on Koyori's radio show. But given how inviting Polka tends to be, I wouldn't be surprised if there is more.
