It's good to air this shit out in public so they can be properly criticized and held accountable instead of hiding it behind layers of management and bureaucracy. This isn't some isolated incident, tons of livers even ones still in the commpany complain about this stuff. Anycolor needs their feet held to the fire before any changes can be made. If you genuinely care about your coworkers as friends and want them to be happy then using your position as a former employee to reveal things about unjust working conditions that they aren't able to discuss while under NDA is good praxis.
