If you're going for only one side I'd recommend just leaving out the dakimakura part entirely and trying to describe the pose instead. Or I guess you could crop the image afterward and remove half of it.
pic is not a vtuber, it's from when I was experimenting with the prompt for dakis, couldn't find any of the other ones I made. Gotta take some time and actually organize the frankly absurd amount of art I have generated with this thing
