grain of salt advice I know, I'm a Mercyposter (autistic), this is how I learned to manage my own diagnosed BPD, therapy never really helped me other than as a starting point.If you don't know where to start, seriously consider scheduling a few sessions with a therapist, same advice as before. Look for psycho-analysts instead of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, not Cock+Ball Torture) or Dialectical therapy because you're still in the rationalization and processing of said information phase, action comes next (CBT therapists tend to start with action, because their patients are 99% "I'm sad uguuu" women and DT do the "just talk it out" as their entire schtick).
