>>106534972You "win" of you have *fun*. Succession games, where you pass the save file around, are a thing but you certainly don't have to play that way. The game is really good at generating absolutely waky histories on it's own but you have to play a ways to find out thise histories. That is one of the main draws of the game, it simulates an entire fantasy world to the level of detail that unexpected things can happen off screen and you might only see the 2nd or 3rd degree consequences of those things.
