There are a handful of things that affect reply length: the AI you use, how long the greeting is, what your main prompts are, etc etc etc. Sounds like a lot but you'll eventually convert it to muscle memory. The easiest way to get a lengthy reply is a longer greeting message, so far most AIs like using that for how long the bot's reply should be.
