I would say that Luna is not being brought up as much as the others in gen4, but still they all are doing more than fine relative to the rest of hololive.
This is thanks to gen4's strong individuality. The "live or die by your solo content" mentality has brought them all very far.
As for the sheep, in music she's doing well and being highly encouraged by collaborators to dream even beyond the Budoukan. There are other holos that are struggling way more than her. It's a harsh environment where being a virtual talent is still a debuff.
In streaming she's doing amazing even though she shouldn't: Daily overnight shift, giga-debuff content, avoiding popular/exciting stuff (even in MC where she's always just building shit, never adventuring that much).
I'm thankful that Watame managed to get this far while attracting a high quality generous audience that never stopped growing steadily.
