During that time I'd say I needed to learn and memorize at minimum 1 new thing for the course I was studying.
That might something like remember what the Spectral Theorem is or how to find eigenvalues. Kinda simple one-off components rather than a whole entire problem to solve.
After I learned that I'd revise every single thing that I'd learned so far for the course in order in my head while pacing.
Then I'd have a short break, revise again to make sure I remembered it all, then learn at least one more new thing in 10-15 minutes.
It's a very yukkuri way of learning but it works.
