I got that vibe when Charzu commented that thumbs up at the end of KCR, similar to her company-mandated tweets. The girls whose clips are in the top 3 can retweet the "top 3 winners" tweet for even more shilling (and incentive for fans to get retweeted by their oshi).
Here's some low-effort ideas they could do that came to mind during our discussion, if the goal is to try game the algo. It gives more incentive to create quality stuff too, having the attention (and shilling) given to them as a simple, very-low-cost reward instead of the sole prize every 3 months.
