I've got this fic idea where Vampires exist and there's a semi-legal system for hunting them. Fangs are a commodity, and vampire blood is ironically harvested as it has healing properties. The risky bit is that drinking a vampires blood is a key part of them turning you into a thrall and my idea for a main antagonist is one who escaped from a vampire blood farm and can theoretically enthrall thousands of people in the city as result. Problem is I'm not sure who could fit that role well. Does anybody have any ideas?
I've already got Promise, Justice, Koyori, Foobs, and Mel taking important roles.
