I think it's because pullrates are like pokemon/yugi (yugi at least has more play compared to pkmn) if not worse? What a dumb (money making) strategy, what a fucking waste.
This makes regular artworks way cheaper, inducing companies into doing cheaper art for commons lowering the general quality of the set baka
