Personally I think smaller tubers are a bigger risk on youtube but a smaller risk on twitch just because youtube has so much bullshit auto-detection that puts you in bot hell to get any kind of review, which twitch doesn't really have. The situation reverses once you get larger and then people start reporting you purposefully on twitch and you get slightly less bot hell garbage on youtube
