I have been in a very similar situation and everything was solved once my parents finally separated and started living in different houses. I stayed with my mom and our life was drastically improved. My sister, who was physically and mentally abused by my father, even got one of those contracts that forbids our father from getting to close to her.
Mio should just go fucking live alone or convince her mother to never be near the father again.
