since yesterday revealed quite a few people in this split are /fit/, has anyone here ever done overcoming gravity or advanced calisthenics in general? when i was in college i tried some of this stuff but could never get past a tuck frog stand. to my surprise, even though i'm about twenty pounds heavier than i was in college, i realized i could sustain an actual tuck planche for about ten seconds. so i was seriously considering giving it a shot. still can't v sit at all though.
