>>20986530it's not really about drama, things are calm most of the time. if I exclusively cared about vshojo I'd probably be pretty happy staying in my containment thread, but as someone who's been around since /jp/hlgg/ was a thing and who's very invested in vtubing culture as a whole, it's a lot more difficult. again, I feel like if I tried harder I could change some people's minds, but who has the time to sift through hundreds of posts, videos, things they've seen but forgot, etc. to argue against every single rebuttal they might be faced with? i was lazy, but even if I wasn't, that's an absurd time commitment that would mess up my life even more than I already have. which is why I'm opting to pull back and fuck off, and hope things gradually improve without my involvement despite the odds.
