>>19344701Anon, I know this, my point revolved around the fact that Towa isn't mass market appeal popular, especially compared to some other chuubas, thus those who would cosplay her aren't necessarily ones who do the throw on a wig or easily bought online googled outfits and call it a cosplay that you see in this thread, making hers on average be of "higher quality".
