I have my gramma's onion-pattie and grampaws spice pattie recipie
i'll broil dogs, brats, and kielbasas for days
I prefer to flash barbeque the chicken for a short total of time
.... it gets the hottest part of the grill for 2 minutes only.
.... previously soft boiled in a lemon pepper marinette
