There's been enough evidence now to show how fucked Cyberlive actually was with the first manager just not doing anything and the 2nd one fucking paypigs of the other girls and colluding with the impressionable talents to shit on Lumi(and possibly Yuri) after those two single handedly kept the company afloat financially with Lumi even trying to help with some duties she had no responsibility to.
At that point when you realize noone else in the company cares about your efforts and in fact resents you and tries to sabotage, it's not mercenary to jump ship in fact you'd be seen as an utter retard staying trapped in that hellhole while your ruin being of your own making by not cutting ties to a deathknell trying to drag you down with it.
Just look at them both now given a fairly competent ran home as they thrive and love their company which as far as I understood all they wanted was the support.
It'd be like calling an escaped abused child being adopted by an actual loving home as an outsider of that new family, you'd have to be cold and dead in the heart to think this way.
