Twitch is all about constancy of streaming. You are rewarded for being live. The more you are live, the more success you will find. That's because vods are meaningless on twitch, so if you're not streaming, your channel doesn't exist.
The top twitch streamers will stream 10 hours a day or more. Twitch really rewards lots of streaming, the more the better.
I don't think it's possible for any of the NijiEN girls to do that streaming schedule on twitch. However, if they were all taking turns streaming together on a single channel, perhaps named "nijisanji official", they could stream almost 24/7 with only a minor impact on any of their schedules. That would be a great way to cover lots of time, and get more viewers/followers on twitch.
Just let anyone who wants to pop into that channel and do a twitch stream. That channel would have 26x the content of any of their individual twitch channels, and thus be propelled in the algorithm.
