Seeing her pissing in cups in response to donations and even drinking her own piss was a blast. I wasn't turned on by it, but immensely entertained by how absurd it was.
Also, it wasn't that she couldn't continue the act forever. It was that when her audience came under attack, she opted to take the side of those attacking them. She opted to blame them for getting attached to her. If she hadn't chose to side against her fans, she'd be just as popular as ever.
