Tenma's theme is a pleasant stroll in comparison. it isn't more exciting or have more oomph.
Hina's current theme may "pump you up", but it's definitely a more sedate song. A more jazz lounge mood to the get-up-and-run of the debut theme.
Again, keep them both.
