I'm thinking of making a character (Don't know if I'll make it a creature or a human) thats mostly a mute, and only communicates using a phone screen or a sign (like pic). Where would I even find someone capable of doing something like this? I'm thinking down the road I'll have it do a lot of expressions too. Budget isn't an issue
