A virtual caster isn't a random hypothetical person irl though, it is a product or service being provided by the person, and making such a thing known crossed over with your product, if there is such a thing, is kinda like trying to sell adulterated booze at your bar; the product quality is undermined, and also many would-be patrons will take it personally to boot.
