You think they're made up? Yeah right, look at it logically, what is always shown alongside ghosts? That's right, Skeletons. And there is a Skeleton inside of (you) right now, therefore there is also a ghost inside of you right now. Chloe is right to be scared, ghosts are no joke, especially when there isn't an accompanying Skeleton to keep it in check, because as we all know the Skeleton is the good one.
