Since we're talking about ways Jets can improve, some honest feedback is she needs to do her reading reps. She has a very nice voice and speaks very clearly but at the same time stumbles over her own words especially when reading text on screen. I think having a posh, narrator type voice makes the mistakes stand out even more. She should practice that a bit.
