The Reverse Flynn Effect isn't even caused by lead.
Lead poisoning was only responsible for a tiny, temporary portion of our sustained IQ decline. Now that that's been corrected for and the impact of lead in isolation has been reversed... the long-term trend since the mid 1800s has just continued, and scores have kept falling anyway (hence me saying "isn't", not "wasn't").
Makes you think, doesn't it?
