Finished setting up my hydroponic herb garden. Its been a blast reading about all the crazy methods of hydroponics that are out there. I ended up going with a basic Deep Water Culture (DWC) system to make sure I can actually grow something without it dying before getting more elaborate. It works by having a tank of nutrient solution (water with some liquid plant nutrients mixed in) with two air stones that oxygenate the water with bubbles using the air pump on the right side. The light is also on an automatic timer. Hopefully my plants start feeling germinated soon!
Thanks to Gura for inspiring me to take on a cool new hobby. It's obviously different than how she approaches gardening but I definitely wouldn't have started it without her sharing her hobby to begin with.
