Tsunderia's already set a precedent for taking on pre-established chuubas under various circumstances, but the common denominator seems to be people who were already close with existing members of the company and got brought on board at least partially because of those connections.
Maybe if Lisa vouched for her and they think she'd be an asset to the company in a major way then they'd go for it, but that's a big if, and I think there are probably a few other indie chuubas that they'd prioritise for backdoor hiring anyway.
