For example here, as you can read by the various OP makers we have, some include +'s and what they're doing and some don't, and there's at least one guy who's trying to force the old member discussion out.
Basically there aren't any rules, but you will get ridiculed if you screw something up, that's why copy / pasting is the easiest thing to do to make new general threads. As for pics, just scour her art tag on Twitter. I've got a shit ton of them.
