She's /r9k/ in the flesh, but has made gigantic progress in the last year or so. Now she can actually talk to people without having Marine around as a safety blanket.
Aqua is all that but without the misplaced confidence. She lives in the absolute boonies where the nearest brand name store is a train station and uber wont reach. She never had any friends or social life or future prospects or plans other than sitting in her room playing videogames for 16 hours a day.
Even now in hololive where everyone is her friend she's still sololive. Wont return calls, will take days to reply to texts, and cant order food in public even when surrounded with people.
You can see when she gets sensory overload and has an autistic nervous breakdown every year when she has to reply to 50 otanjoubi omedetous. She replies to 4 or 5, she leaves twitter for an hour, she replies to another 5, she leaves twitter again,... Every year. Its very funny.
