You now have $10k worth of debt! Because hospitals know they can get away with overcharging insurance companies for shit like cough drops and ibuprofen. And if you do have insurance they will do their best to avoid paying for as many items as possible. So the service many people pay upwards of $600/month for will do fuck all when you actually have to use it. Last I heard Mouse is on Medicaid/Medicare, basically state operated and federally funded healthcare for women and children, the elderly, and dying poor people. I doubt she gets her plasma through it though.
