How fucking demoralizing. The really fucked part is that management can easily ask YouTube to mail a duplicate plaque for $150. I did it for my media team when we hit 100k. Took me 5 minutes and I got a reply from someone at YouTube in about an hour, and it was shipped in about a week. They don't even give their streamers the option to pay for it themselves even when it would cost them nothing. Why?
