Alban (Fulgur's wavemate) is on a genuine hiatus for training, and is expected to return in September or October. If Fulgur gets terminated over this, there's a pretty high chance that Alban will be forced to end his hiatus early and do a black screen to slander Fulgur as a condition of continued employment.
Others that might get voluntold to slander Fulgur are Maria (because he said nice things about Zaion, and she went to great lengths to make sure that her duet song with her didn't get yeeted into the void) or Ren (because of his "I don't hate Zaion" tweet last year that got him a one week "hiatus") or Vivi (because he said nice things about Selen, who was one of Vivi's oshis).
Although Vivi probably isn't gonna take part in slandering someone who gets fired for not hating Selen. She'll probably take a "what are you gonna do about it, fire me?" approach to expressing her refusal, and will likely have a Clarksonian reaction to actually getting fired for not doing a black screen.
