like i said i think it only aggravated it, when this happens it usually takes me like a month or so to go back to normal. this time it's just been worse than any other time, so i thought it might have been something to do with that.
i've had this issue since probably my mid teens iirc
27 nownever been diagnosed or even examined for it, never had an inhaler or anything
