Having someone commission you to say some lines, you record them, and they don't offer any sort of feedback past that because they're worried you'll double-charge them for retakes will stunt your growth vs. a voice director giving you cues and helping you out as far as what sort of energy you need to be channeling when saying certain lines.
I imagine people who go to stuff like seiyuu schools in Japan have these sorts of folks help them get over the initial embarrassment hump Kronii's making a glacial pace over. Kiara's during the lesson yesterday was actually doing something similar by egging Kronii on to say certain things but you can see she's at conflict with herself because she wants to hold onto that "cool" persona who doesn't say silly things and giggle like a girl which is why Kiara and Sana poke fun at her and effectively call her a wet blanket when she can't match their energy all the time. If she does want to do more with her voice talent (which I think she has), she's going to have to let the facade drop once in a while and just let the goof take over so she doesn't get typecast as a TTS voice.
