Compare yourself with someone in their early 20s whose favorite movie is one of the Harry Potter or something pixar and their favorite anime is Freiren.
These "life experiences" are conversation points which you can go back at any given moment and which your younger counterparts lack.
Sure, someone who is an autist neet in their 20s would have watched my have watched more media than you but they also lack outside world experience.
Basically these are tools in your arsenal. My advice would be, before you start streaming, sit back and think of a happy or funny memory, and start your monologue with that, that will probably make your talk more interesting
