When it comes to these factory jobs all you need to do is show up everyday, do your boring easy job and do it well, and don't get involved with workplace drama.
And then over some time everyone starts to love you because they know you're reliable and you get new better paying opportunities in the gay company.
It's rough at first but it gets easier and I'm finally getting comfortable myself.
