Could be the upscaler, latent needs more denoising I think but it's not that good anyhow. 4x-AnimeSharp should be better at denoising 0,2-0,4 depending on model.
I use 4x_fatal_Anime_500000_G, like the details on it and 4x_APISR_DAT_GAN_generator is pretty good for flat anime styles, they should be easy to find, the 4x-AnimeSharp should be build in.
