> Put olive oil in a pan
> Put these in order: gralic cut finely or garlic salt or a mix of garlic and salt , dried chilis, finely chopped fresh dried parsley and let it simmer a little while
> Scallops in can, fried those and mix them all up
> Scoop everything aside so there's a pool of olive oil in the center
> Put panko on the olive pool make sure it's separated from the other ingredients
> Mix them all up and fried it a bit longer until everything is evenly cooked
> Don't overcook parsley, don't cook scallops too much and bread crumbs should be a bit crispy
> Mix them with the pasta and your topping should stick at the top of the pasta
