The only people who will be happy to collab with ENstars are Mori and Bae. The rest of the girls will start growing increasingly irritated from Mori and management constantly pressuring them to do more with ENstars. I wouldn't be surprised if this leads to one or two extended breaks/graduations.
My reasoning for this is that the HoloEN branch is desperate to outdo NijiEN, and will think that forcing a more unity based product like their competitor will result in a larger turnout. I predict that this is a mistake and that even if you ignore the actual unicorns, there is still a sizeable portion of HoloEN's audience who are only here for the CGDCT and have no interest in males.
