So my guess is auditions are announced in late July and they debut in December as the "big event".
Kawaii's "stock" is very high right now with the success of the kickstarter and future 3D models.
It doesn't seem like the other small corpos are/will hold auditions soon, so kawaii can scoop up the best of the best.
