Look at all the male VTubers that have come out on the English side. Luxiem got HUGE success in a certain niche, but that niche was a language and culture that they didn't understand and so eventually slipped up.
Vesper was successful early on and had low HoloEN level numbers for a while after his debut. He also slipped up with his suspension, Japan arc and getting into fights with antis.
People want to watch GOOD male VTubers. But the current offerings are all utter dogshit.
