Imagine being Haruka's dad. When the baby was announced you went out to the old man's store and bought the finest cob pipe there was. Fine wood. Good shine. Sleek finish. You made a silent promise to celebrate when she came of age, of that joypain moment when cute girls become bratty women. But life took a different path. Today you decide to check how she's doing, and open a recent vod. Before your eyes dance an array of bright colors, jiggling booba and loud noises. The chat is filled with dancing pictures, words of praise and slobbering fools. Slowly you reach over to the drawer. You pull the old pipe out. You dust it off, light up some maple leaf and take a deep puff. The strange smoke sends you coughing and burns your eyes. But that doesn't stop you from taking another puff. And another.
