>>73508555I remember thinking this scene was so fucking good back when I first watched it. It's a shame what ended up happening to One Piece's animation later on. I saw some awful fucking Dragon Ball Super-like fight scene in the more recent stuff and it just didn't have any impact at all.
I'm not gonna sit here and try to pretend like I'm a fucking professional connoisseur of animation, but if me, a casual anime watcher thought it looked like shit, then it probably looks like shit.
