As for Chama, she has trouble being a team player, disappears for lengthy periods of time, did a self harm arc on YOUTUBE instead of putting the content up on a different platform, caused the west Taiwan incident, and did a cringe EN0 arc despite not working on her eigo pronunciation FOR THE ENTIRE GODDAMN TIME she's been streaming as hololive despite supposedly wanting to pander to EOPs.
Coupled with the fact that chama's loyalties are torn between college and vtubing, I think she should focus on her studies and try streaming as an indie until she's out of school. If she still had a passion for content creation even without big branding, then she could always resume activities as haachamaif the timing is right.
Now if we're talking about the entirety of hololive, that'd be much easier. To start with, I'd sell the entire Holostars branch to nijisanji. They'll be better taken care of over there and have freedoms Cover can't bring itself to give them. Secondly, I'd finally bring the axe down on Ollie for the entirety of yubigate and tell her to be thankful she had this much borrowed time to begin with.
As for EN...I'd just leave them be. Just because they're an embarrassment, it doesn't mean they deserve to be shit canned. That'd be a waste of IP, and going down the Brave route would play horribly with the fanbase.
