The buns were just absolutely fucked for so many reasons. Salted instead of unsalted, yeast didn't really foam up at all, dough was warm when I took it out, didn't shape, even after proofing I didn't really shape and refused to become tight balls. They were good, but were more or less slightly larger dinner rolls that looked wonky
