The JP branches of Nijisanji and Hololive do a lot of fun and whacky events to keep things interesting like Marine being a nun, Okayu operating a host club, SKB writing AVs or Fumino Tamaki doing anything. They also do various 3D events in the form of skits and lives.
In comparison, all the EN girls do is just play video games and occasionally do karaoke. That's it. I don't really dislike any of the EN girls but I barely tune in to watch them nowadays because they're just stale. Whatever they do now I've seen them do it already a year ago.
