Elira's entry was empty because the Luxiem fanbase doesn't interact too much with her. Don't get me wrong, she does have a lot of people who watch her, because they watch Nijisanji, but a large portion of her fanbase is her own. For now it's definitely good that she's shielded inside the company, at the very least she can control chat.
